As some readers may already know, Mr Ken Shapcott resigned as EFP Treasurer in April due to personal problems. Ken was only in the job for a couple of months – taking over from Maureen Birks – but did an excellent job for that period, for which he has our sincere thanks.

The new EFP treasurer will be known to many of you already. Ian Hague – the EFP Wigan organizer (and local election candidate for Wigan Ince ward) – took over from Ken at the beginning of the month (June). Ian – who was the first Wigan BNP organizer back in the late 1990s (but left the party after Griffin turned it from being a racial-nationalist party to a UKIP/Tory type party in less than 5 years) – is a true racial-nationalist and, like all EFP officials, will do this very important job as a volunteer and take no payment (apart from minimum expenses).
