More proof Labour politicians putting themselves before the ordinary folk of this country?

Breaking news from BBC… Former cabinet ministers Geoff Hoon and Patricia Hewitt have written to all members of the Parliamentary Labour Party seeking a ‘back him or sack him’ secret leadership ballot just weeks before a General Election needs to be called.
Such a move is unprecedented in British Politics. Is this just the parting shots of a few Labour MP’s afraid they’re about to lose their jobs at the next election? It certainly isn’t the behaviour of politicians who are humble servants of the nation.
