Prosecutor seeks 12-year prison term for leading Spanish nationalist
Prosecutors in Barcelona are demanding a total of twelve years imprisonment for the leading nationalist activist, author and publisher Pedro Varela in the latest sign that Spain is on the frontline of the struggle for European civilisation and real history.
Varela (now 64) has for decades been among the most courageous and intelligent racial nationalists in Europe, and has already faced years of legal persecution. For fifteen years during Spain’s transition to ‘democracy’ following the death of the country’s military leader General Franco, Varela was president of CEDADE (‘Spanish Circle of Friends of Europe’) which had close international links with defenders of the true Europe including the Tyndall-era BNP.
During the 1990s the first BNP delegation to the annual November commemorations for Franco and Falangist leader José Antonio Primo de Rivera – a delegation which included H&D‘s assistant editor – visited CEDADE’s Madrid office, and even then Pedro Varela was in jail (that time in Vienna, where he was eventually acquitted).
CEDADE was officially dissolved in 1993, but Pedro Varela continued operating the Europa bookshop in Barcelona and associated publishing houses. Meetings at the bookshop have been addressed by guest speakers from across our movement, including Lady Michèle Renouf and the late Richard Edmonds.
After a conviction in 2008 for “justifying genocide”, Varela spent time in prison between 2010 and 2012. In 2015 he addressed a meeting of the London Forum organised by Jez Turner, and was given the ‘scandal’ treatment by the Mail on Sunday.
A Barcelona court in 2016 ordered the closure of the bookshop which was searched by a squad from Spain’s political police: these latest charges are a delayed outcome of those raids, but also reflect a new hardening of Spain’s left-wing government, determined to construct an undeniable ‘official history’.
We are sure that H&D readers will support Pedro Varela and our Spanish comrades in every possible way as the battle for real European history moves into a new and more intense phase. Both here and in our magazine, we shall soon have major updates on that battle.
Jewish lobby seeks to censor BBC
Desert Island Discs is one of the longest-running radio series in the world, having recently celebrated 80 years on the air since its first broadcast in January 1942. As all British readers will know, the programme features a different guest each week who is asked to select eight records, one book, and one ‘luxury item’ they would choose if ‘cast away’ on a desert island in the manner of Robinson Crusoe.
More than 2,300 episodes are now available on the BBC website, but last weekend the Sunday Telegraph focused on just one of them: broadcast in November 1989 when the ‘castaway’ was Lady Mosley (the former Diana Mitford), widow of British fascist leader Sir Oswald Mosley.
This theoretically conservative newspaper seems to have joined forces with the Anglo-Jewish lobby to complain that the Mosley episode of Desert Island Discs is freely available for today’s listeners without any “introductory warnings that it may contain material of an offensive nature”.
Government ‘anti-semitism’ adviser Lord Mann told the paper: “It would be appropriate to put a warning in relation to this broadcast and the holocaust denial that is spewed out by Mosley.”
And Dave Rich from the Jewish lobby group Community Security Trust kvetched that Lady Mosley’s “anti-Jewish animus and her admiration for Hitler shine through. Most objectionable of all is her denial that six million Jews were murdered by the Nazis. The whole package could not be more repulsive. There is no mention of any of this in the blurb that promotes the episode on the BBC Sounds website.”
Rich’s organisation CST was founded and is chaired by Gerald Ronson, a veteran of the violent Jewish ‘anti-fascist’ 62 Group, some of whose history will be exposed in a forthcoming two-part review article in Heritage and Destiny Issues 107 and 108.
There is no law against ‘holocaust denial’ in the UK and the problem seems to be simply that Lady Mosley attempted to give truthful answers to questions about her attitude to the Third Reich. Speaking of Adolf Hitler she said: “He had so much to say, so interesting, so fascinating… I can’t regret the relationship.”
And when pressed about the ‘Holocaust’ she replied: “First of all, after the war, I simply didn’t believe it, having been in Germany … And it was years before I could really believe that such things had happened.”
Pressed further as to whether she now believed in the extermination stories, she replied: “I don’t really, I’m
afraid … believe that six million people were … I just think it’s not conceivable, it’s too many.”
For today’s fanatical Zionist censors, even this now classes as ‘Holocaust denial’. Just what are they afraid of? H&D readers will soon find out…
Whoopi loses the victim contest
The George Floyd case and associated ‘Black Lives Matter’ circus convinced many negroes that they were history’s ultimate victims.
After all, if White people across the civilised world are kneeling in homage to a dead criminal, solely because he happened to be black, then surely there can be no doubt who are the masters now?
But actress Whoopi Goldberg has just discovered that however strong the black victim card, there’s another victim card that trumps it every time.
Speaking on a popular US television show The View, Ms Goldberg committed a cardinal sin against the holy ghosts of Holocaustianity. In a rambling commentary that H&D cannot pretend to understand, Ms Goldberg told viewers:
“Let’s be truthful, the Holocaust isn’t about race, it’s not.
“It’s about man’s inhumanity to man, that’s what it’s about. These are two groups of white people…you’re missing the point… let’s talk about it for what it really is. It’s about how people treat each other.
“It’s a problem. It doesn’t matter if you’re black or white, Jews…everybody eats each other.”
Perhaps in parts of Africa everybody does still eat each other, but American Jewish groups were quick to demand action against Ms Goldberg, who was duly forced to apologise unreservedly and was suspended by ABC television for two weeks.
Some H&D readers might have imagined that Whoopi Goldberg is herself (like the late entertainer Sammy Davis Jr.) part-Jewish. But on investigation we discover that the name ‘Goldberg’ – like so much of negro culture and heritage – is pure invention. Ms Goldberg was born Caryn Elaine Johnson and has not a single drop of traceable Jewish ancestry.
So for all her years of ‘stardom’, Ms Goldberg has learned the hard way that in the USA some lives matter a lot more than black lives.
Robert Faurisson International Prize awarded to Monika and Alfred Schaefer
On what would have been the 93rd birthday of the great revisionist scholar Professor Robert Faurisson – who died on 21st October 2018 seconds after returning home from his final conference in Shepperton, West London, organised by Heritage & Destiny – the fourth Robert Faurisson International Prize was awarded to the courageous German-Canadian brother and sister, Alfred and Monika Schaefer.
The award ceremony took place via videoconference, involving Monika Schaefer; prize chairman Joe Fallisi; his committee colleagues William Nichols and Lady Michèle Renouf; and Monika’s German lawyer Wolfram Nahrath.
The wording of the award plaque reads: “To the heroic Alfred and Monika Schaefer, brother and sister, examples of honesty and uprightness in the fight for historical truth.”
Alfred Schaefer remains in prison in Munich, having been convicted under Germany’s notorious debate-denying volksverhetzung (public incitement) law, so his sister Monika accepted the award on his as well as her own behalf.
Monika Schaefer said:
“I am honoured to accept this award on behalf of my brave brother Alfred Schaefer and myself, with a strong emphasis on Alfred who is currently still behind bars in the occupied territory of Germany. I consider myself to simply have been in the right place at the right time, with an apology to my mother.
“My simple action took place in 2016 in the form of a six-minute video called “Sorry mom, I was wrong about the holocaust” (“Entschuldigung Mama, ich hatte Unrecht was den Holocaust betrifft” in German), in which I apologized for reprimanding my mother many years ago, for not having stopped the holocaust from happening.
“Since about 2011 when we began our awakening to the truth about what is going on in the world, Alfred and I have become a team, strengthening and encouraging each other along the way. There is a multiplier effect, and it is much greater than one plus one.
“We stand on the shoulders of Giants before us, most notably the late great Robert Faurisson in whose name this award is being given. He and countless others (if I start naming them, I am afraid I will miss some…) toiled hard to research and tell the truth, and many of them endured great suffering for their efforts. We sailed in on their waters, and are so grateful for all their work.
“Alfred and I both recognize the critical importance of this topic — “the Holocaust” — to both sides.
“What makes Alfred who he is and what makes him tick? Alfred has had many adventures in his life. He has been a hang-glider pilot, a sailor, and has cycled around three continents – North America, Europe and Africa. He had some very close calls, and could write several thriller books about his journeys. Those experiences would tend to sharpen an appreciation of what we have, and crystallize an understanding of what is at stake. When Alfred began to learn the truth about world events, he knew he could not be a by-stander, in this war that we find ourselves in. He put his skills to work and became a truth warrior, blogging, producing high-quality videos, leafletting and speaking. He never backed down.
“Alfred’s spirit is undaunted, and he retains his excellent sense of humour, even as a Prisoner of War since over three and a half years, and being held in solitary confinement since over a year. He radiates a positive outlook through his letters. No matter how grim things look, and no matter how hard they try to break him, he projects a winning attitude. He is like the General taking his troops into battle, boosting our morale and injecting us with the fighting spirit to take us to victory!”
The Robert Faurisson International Prize Committee hopes and expects to return to the Professor’s home town of Vichy for the 2023 prize ceremony. Previous winners of the prize are Ursula Haverbeck, Vincent Reynouard, and the late Wolfgang Fröhlich.
Coinciding with this year’s award and this 93rd birthday of Professor Robert Faurisson, Heritage and Destiny today publishes a groundbreaking essay by our assistant editor Peter Rushton – The Hitler-Bormann Testament: Truth or Lie?

Jewish actress Maureen Lipman in race row over film about Israeli PM
The latest politically correct row in the acting profession has come from an unexpected quarter. In issue 96 of H&D, a professional actor and longstanding racial nationalist using the pseudonym ‘Jack Antonio’ wrote about the insidious development of colour-blind casting in an article titled ‘Fade to Black – The darkening of our screens and its part in the theft of our past and our future’.
The reason he had to use a pseudonym is that publicly expressing such views would instantly have ended his stage and screen career, since he would be damned as a ‘racist’.
Yet this week one of Britain’s most instantly recognisable Jewish actresses has expressed equivalent views, objecting to a non-Jewess – Helen Mirren – being cast as former Israeli Prime Minister Golda Meir.
Maureen Lipman has a long record of outspoken political activism in support of what she sees as Jewish and Zionist interests, and has regularly used newspaper columns for this purpose. In 2005 she used her Guardian column to attack historian David Irving, and described H&D writer Lady Michèle Renouf as “a well-known racist”.
Is Ms Lipman now indulging in her own ‘racism’ at the expense of a fellow actress?
If so, she might be surprised by the stranger than fiction story of Helen Mirren’s gentile family and its curious connections with secret Jewish history in the mid-20th century.

Spain maintains ‘blackface’ tradition despite PC ‘outrage’
Later this week a seasonal tradition will be maintained in Spain despite politically correct ‘outrage’.
This is the ‘Three Kings’ festival associated with the Christian Feast of Epiphany and the biblical story of the three Magi – often referred to as ‘kings’ or ‘wise men’ who travelled to visit the baby Jesus.
Across Spain colourful parades will be held, followed by feasting and the opening of presents.
At each of these parades, Spaniards will dress up as the Three Kings – Melchior, Caspar and Balthasar.
And the woke problem is that traditionally Balthasar has been represented as a negro, so those playing his part wear ‘blackface’, now regarded as ‘racist’.
This traditional identification of Balthasar as black dates back to one of the first English historians, the Northumbrian monk Bede who died in 735. Bede identified the Three Kings as representatives of the three sons of Noah – in other words the forefathers of the three racial groups that populated Europe, Asia and Africa.
H&D readers will quickly perceive how all of this creates problems in the politically correct 21st century!
The good news is that so far Spain has resisted pressure to abandon their traditions in the name of political correctness. If only our own English traditions had been so steadfastly defended.
Unfortunately, similar traditions in England have been abandoned in recent years. For example just last week the Silurian Border Morrismen changed their Boxing Day tradition and for the first time painted their faces green rather than black. This is just the latest example of an attack on English traditions, that has particularly targeted Morris men.

H&D target of new legal crackdown
The UK Government is preparing a new threat to online debate – extending the law to cover a wide range of material that until now has been perfectly acceptable.
And Heritage & Destiny is the top target of these new internet censors.
A document submitted to Parliament in September this year, but which we saw for the first time yesterday – quotes H&D as the main example of a website that is presently accepted by existing law as legitimate journalism – but which lawmakers now aim to restrict as ‘harmful’.
The new law intends not to criminalise us directly, but to force internet companies to ‘protect’ users from being offended by even ‘legal but harmful content’. These companies would face big fines under the new law if they failed to comply with instructions, for example to remove our content from their servers or remove us from search engine results.
The main examples of ‘harmful’ articles that in the document’s authors’ view should be restricted include our report on Henry Hafenmayer, the courageous German historical revisionist who died earlier this year at the tragically young age of 48.
Henry would no doubt be most amused to see that his campaigns for truth and justice continue to ‘threaten’ British parliamentarians even after his death, so that his work remains read posthumously in the corridors of UK power! He is most famous for his website Ende der Lüge (“End of the Lie”) and associated social media accounts: H&D‘s assistant editor Peter Rushton and campaigner for freedom of research Lady Michèle Renouf attended his funeral in Berlin two months ago, a funeral which itself made headlines.
During the 2018 trial of revisionist filmmaker and video blogger Alfred Schaefer in Munich, Henry cooperated closely with Lady Renouf so that her daily updates from the trial could reach the Anglosphere via American Free Press. He was a regular speaker at demonstrations in support of German sovereignty and justice. Alongside the late Richard Edmonds, Henry had been due to speak at the Dresden commemoration in February 2018 before police closed down the event and arrested Lady Renouf: an extended legal process fought by German attorney and patriot Wolfram Nahrath ended in Lady Renouf’s victory over Dresden prosecutors who dropped the case days before it was to come to trial in October 2020.
Now it seems that UK legislators are heading (via an indirect route) to the same destination as many European countries, including Germany: attempting to silence normal historical debate and rational argument by means of a legal cudgel. London’s perfidious method will be to avoid outright criminalisation – allowing them to pretend that they still allow free speech, while in practice seeking to gag online discussion.
The influential lobby group Hacked Off – fronted by actor Hugh Grant – has demanded that the government’s draft Online Safety Bill be amended so as to target us. Hacked Off‘s founders include the leftwing Jewish author Don Guttenplan, who attended and wrote a book about the court battle between David Irving and Deborah Lipstadt, having been given special access by Irving during the trial; and former Daily Mirror editor Roy Greenslade, who wrote for many Fleet Street papers while also having a pseudonymous column for the Sinn Fein / IRA newspaper An Phoblacht. It’s quite an honour to be accused of ‘harmful extremism’ by a veteran spokesman for IRA terrorism.
Hacked Off told MPs that we “recently published a tribute to the Holocaust denier Henry Hafenmayer” but that under the draft bill, we “would likely gain an exemption” as a legitimate journalistic website. They also drew MPs’ attention to our US friends at National Vanguard, whom they similarly regard as a ‘harmful’ website that could be exempt from the draft bill.
No-one has ever suggested that the work of Henry Hafenmayer – or that of his comrades such as Sylvia Stolz, Horst Mahler and Ursula Haverbeck – has in any way infringed UK law.
But within weeks of the Hacked Off report, Nadine Dorries – newly appointed Culture & Media Minister in the UK’s Conservative government – agreed with the lobbyists that the draft bill had to be toughened. It is now expected to come before Parliament in March next year.
Mrs Dorries is a notorious vulgarian who in 2012 accepted more than £20,000 to appear on the crass ‘reality TV show’ I’m a Celebrity Get Me Out of Here. Less than a decade ago, her behaviour was judged so reprehensible that she was briefly suspended from her party, and forced to apologise for a breach of parliamentary standards.
Yet in 2021 British politics has sunk so low that we must accept definitions of journalistic standards dictated by the likes of Mrs Dorries, a woman who abandoned her parliamentary duties so as to earn £20,000 eating an ostrich’s anus in the Australian jungle for the entertainment of television viewers.
For the time being – but who knows for how much longer – H&D readers can judge for themselves whether the articles highlighted in Hacked Off‘s complaint to Parliament are so ‘harmful’ that they justify new laws specially drafted to target us. The three articles they mention (and helpfully link from their document so that MPs and ministers can read them, even if they wish to prevent a wider public from doing so) are:

The liberal race industry in action: Yorkshire cricket in the dock
Not content with the wave of wokeness that has drowned top-level English football, the race relations industry has now moved on to our true national game – cricket.
Footballers at Premiership grounds across the country ‘took the knee’ yet again this week in a gesture that deliberately overshadows and insults the sacrifices of previous generations whom we are supposed to be honouring in minutes of silence, ‘Last Post’ buglers, and poppy displays this week and next.
The ‘Unknown Soldier’ now counts for little compared with the all-too-well known American criminal George Floyd.
But the big headlines on UK front pages as well as sports pages this week have been about a previously obscure cricketer, Pakistani-born Azeem Rafiq, who played 39 first-class matches for Yorkshire between 2008 and 2018. He took 72 first-class wickets for the county at an average of 39.73, and had just one five-wicket haul in his career. For those H&D readers who don’t understand cricket, that adds up to a modest if perfectly respectable career achievement. By all accounts, he is a player who didn’t quite live up to his youthful potential.
Yet Rafiq’s dossier of complaints about ‘racism’ at Yorkshire have plunged the county cricket club into a media storm and consequent financial crisis. The chairman has resigned and been replaced by former Labour minister Lord Patel, but it seems that the Rafiq saga will rumble on for years to come and become a cricketing equivalent to the endless White abasement that has followed the virtual canonisation of Stephen Lawrence and George Floyd.
While we can’t comment on the full story (since neither we nor any of the eager media commentators actually know the content of the controversial dossier and report), H&D readers can draw their own conclusions from the fact that almost a year ago Rafiq began to be represented by a celebrity PR and legal team with long experience in promoting previous woke heroes.
This includes Australian ‘human rights lawyer’ Jennifer Robinson from Doughty Street Chambers, whose notable former members include Labour leader Sir Keir Starmer. Ms Robinson is perhaps most famous for representing another media heroine, actress Amber Heard in her successful libel battle against ex-husband Johnny Depp.
In the Heard case as now in the Rafiq case, Ms Robinson worked alongside the PR consultancy Powerscourt, whose director Mark Leftly boasted: “Team Amber, Team Azeem – these are great causes and we look forward to raising awareness of this case in both the media and in parliament.”
Whether or not these are “great causes” is a matter of opinion, but one thing’s for sure: it’s not cricket!

Creators Harassed by Political Police in Merseyside
James Mac, a good friend of H&D was recently arrested, in Kirkby (Knowsley) by Merseyside’s political police, because a pro-White pride sticker appeared in his local area, and taken to Copy Lane Police Station in Bootle (just outside of Liverpool).
James is an activist with the Creativity Movement UK. Creativity is promoted by two organizations: the Creativity Alliance (CA), also known as the Church of Creativity, and The Creativity Movement. The groups have common origins, both being created in 2003 after Matt Hale, successor to Ben Klassen (who founded The Church of the Creator in 1973) was arrested and sentenced to forty years in prison in the USA. Matt Hale had renamed the organisation “New Church of the Creator”: H&D has reviewed a number of his books in the past.

‘The police have finally caught up with me,’ I often joke to family, as a pro-White activist in an area where coppers often speed past, sirens blurring. On August 25th, it wasn’t a joke anymore.
After a morning jog, I arrived home to find police riot vans at the door. I was arrested under the Orwellian ‘crime’ of ‘inciting racial hatred’. A sticker had been discovered on a bus stop. The egregious message? ‘Proud to be White? Contact like-minded people’. I was the alleged ‘perpetrator’.
In came a dozen or more mask wearing, taser wielding coppers, ready to do a thorough job on my house, looking for ‘incriminating evidence’. They would certainly find evidence of Racial Loyalty. Meanwhile, a screeching female copper began ranting about a ‘Creativity Agenda!’ It sounded like a term coined by the enemy, eager to demonise. I was not eager to acknowledge it.
Adherents to Creativity have been spreading the good word across Britain for many years. The controlled, virulently anti-White media grudgingly acknowledge the legality of our promotional materials. Why this drama and why now? It will be interesting to find out.
A surreal experience that could only make one enquire to the arresting officer, isn’t this a bit excessive? After a proper declutter job, including the confiscation (theft?) of promotional materials and electronic devices, I was carted off to the police station.
‘All these vans just for me?’
‘Yes, and an unmarked car, too.’
Booked in at the station, I got the old fingerprint and mugshot treatment, then carted off to the cells. All very surreal.
‘Wow, this is really happening.’
How could you not find comedy in it all? This heavy handed treatment, for what? An alleged sticker ‘offence’? With a pro-White message? What is the aim? To make you regret ever being pro-White? It is enough to leave you in a fit of giggles.
I took the opportunity to rest. There was no getting sleep with so much adrenaline. ‘Just lay down and close your eyes.’
After a couple of hours I was introduced to a duty solicitor. I made it clear: everything I ever do, say or support I am happy to defend in court. However, today, it was NO COMMENT. The solicitor’s one task: remind me not to play the fool and get drawn into engaging with these people.
Into the interview room, I was questioned by the two arresting officers. They had been doing a bit of research, invading my privacy, checking bank accounts, etc.
I am a passionate adherent to my religious faith, Creativity. I was subjected to ridicule by the dishevelled Copper A, who repeatedly mocked my sincerely held faith.
‘…the SO-CALLED religion of Creativity.’ I found this highly offensive and super intolerant.
I stuck to my guns of ‘No Comment’. However, in retrospect perhaps I should have utilised the duty solicitor and requested to have the aforementioned obnoxious behaviour corrected.
Better groomed Copper B said this was a chance to tell my side of the story. He proceeded to comment on my shoe purchases, which are of good quality and ethically made.
‘Very nice shoes, James. What’s that all about? Do you think only White people wear shoes like that?’
I chuckled to myself and rolled my eyes. How embarrassing. We are supposed to believe these people are fair and balanced?
The coppers try to make you feel small. They are the headmaster and you are the naughty pupil. My religious conviction is strong and unbending. I did not feel like the inferior party. Just the opposite. I am certain of my morally superior position. Be they activists with sinister motives or normal people ‘just doing their job,’ before me were agents of the forces of darkness.
The interview was over sooner than I expected. At my home these people demanded passwords to electronic devices, threatening legal repercussions. I expect the officers to press for them. Strangely, they did not. I discovered I had no such legal obligation. Not unless the warrant states it, which it did not.
Once released I jogged home. Family members were present in support. What is this alleged ‘horrendous crime’ that caused so many military style vehicles to screech up to my door? they enquired. When news broke the whole episode was because of a sticker asking a self-respecting White person if they are proud of their biological heritage, there was a lot of rage. There was much frothing at the mouth and cursing.
The police are not popular. For all their research, evidently they were ignorant of my popularity. Perhaps they liked the idea of ‘exposing me’ and making me a social outcast, but unfortunately I am a family favourite. The one elderly relative who I suspected may give me a telling off instead said ‘You are the only one brave enough to say what the rest of us think!’ Oh well.
The crazy incident has become my perfect ice breaker. Neighbours come with grievances about the current state of affairs. Friends and acquaintances rage against the police and compare them to a notoriously ‘non-kosher’ farm animal.
The hypocrisy of the police is not lost on the average White person. The ‘Black Lives Matter’ rubbish has these coppers literally GROVELLING ON THEIR KNEES. You do not need to explain. No need to spoon feed. They figure it out all by themselves.
The reputation of the police is in the sewer. Frankly, I have no sympathy. Give them the benefit of the doubt and they surpass themselves with disgraceful behaviour.
I have found the whole state harassment experience reinvigorating. If the sinister forces were aiming to intimidate and have me scurrying for cover, they are mistaken.
I am bursting with enthusiasm for Creativity. I am eager to talk to as many people as possible about my experience and my abiding passion for White people.
