Creators Harassed by Political Police in Merseyside
James Mac, a good friend of H&D was recently arrested, in Kirkby (Knowsley) by Merseyside’s political police, because a pro-White pride sticker appeared in his local area, and taken to Copy Lane Police Station in Bootle (just outside of Liverpool).
James is an activist with the Creativity Movement UK. Creativity is promoted by two organizations: the Creativity Alliance (CA), also known as the Church of Creativity, and The Creativity Movement. The groups have common origins, both being created in 2003 after Matt Hale, successor to Ben Klassen (who founded The Church of the Creator in 1973) was arrested and sentenced to forty years in prison in the USA. Matt Hale had renamed the organisation “New Church of the Creator”: H&D has reviewed a number of his books in the past.

‘The police have finally caught up with me,’ I often joke to family, as a pro-White activist in an area where coppers often speed past, sirens blurring. On August 25th, it wasn’t a joke anymore.
After a morning jog, I arrived home to find police riot vans at the door. I was arrested under the Orwellian ‘crime’ of ‘inciting racial hatred’. A sticker had been discovered on a bus stop. The egregious message? ‘Proud to be White? Contact like-minded people’. I was the alleged ‘perpetrator’.
In came a dozen or more mask wearing, taser wielding coppers, ready to do a thorough job on my house, looking for ‘incriminating evidence’. They would certainly find evidence of Racial Loyalty. Meanwhile, a screeching female copper began ranting about a ‘Creativity Agenda!’ It sounded like a term coined by the enemy, eager to demonise. I was not eager to acknowledge it.
Adherents to Creativity have been spreading the good word across Britain for many years. The controlled, virulently anti-White media grudgingly acknowledge the legality of our promotional materials. Why this drama and why now? It will be interesting to find out.
A surreal experience that could only make one enquire to the arresting officer, isn’t this a bit excessive? After a proper declutter job, including the confiscation (theft?) of promotional materials and electronic devices, I was carted off to the police station.
‘All these vans just for me?’
‘Yes, and an unmarked car, too.’
Booked in at the station, I got the old fingerprint and mugshot treatment, then carted off to the cells. All very surreal.
‘Wow, this is really happening.’
How could you not find comedy in it all? This heavy handed treatment, for what? An alleged sticker ‘offence’? With a pro-White message? What is the aim? To make you regret ever being pro-White? It is enough to leave you in a fit of giggles.
I took the opportunity to rest. There was no getting sleep with so much adrenaline. ‘Just lay down and close your eyes.’
After a couple of hours I was introduced to a duty solicitor. I made it clear: everything I ever do, say or support I am happy to defend in court. However, today, it was NO COMMENT. The solicitor’s one task: remind me not to play the fool and get drawn into engaging with these people.
Into the interview room, I was questioned by the two arresting officers. They had been doing a bit of research, invading my privacy, checking bank accounts, etc.
I am a passionate adherent to my religious faith, Creativity. I was subjected to ridicule by the dishevelled Copper A, who repeatedly mocked my sincerely held faith.
‘…the SO-CALLED religion of Creativity.’ I found this highly offensive and super intolerant.
I stuck to my guns of ‘No Comment’. However, in retrospect perhaps I should have utilised the duty solicitor and requested to have the aforementioned obnoxious behaviour corrected.
Better groomed Copper B said this was a chance to tell my side of the story. He proceeded to comment on my shoe purchases, which are of good quality and ethically made.
‘Very nice shoes, James. What’s that all about? Do you think only White people wear shoes like that?’
I chuckled to myself and rolled my eyes. How embarrassing. We are supposed to believe these people are fair and balanced?
The coppers try to make you feel small. They are the headmaster and you are the naughty pupil. My religious conviction is strong and unbending. I did not feel like the inferior party. Just the opposite. I am certain of my morally superior position. Be they activists with sinister motives or normal people ‘just doing their job,’ before me were agents of the forces of darkness.
The interview was over sooner than I expected. At my home these people demanded passwords to electronic devices, threatening legal repercussions. I expect the officers to press for them. Strangely, they did not. I discovered I had no such legal obligation. Not unless the warrant states it, which it did not.
Once released I jogged home. Family members were present in support. What is this alleged ‘horrendous crime’ that caused so many military style vehicles to screech up to my door? they enquired. When news broke the whole episode was because of a sticker asking a self-respecting White person if they are proud of their biological heritage, there was a lot of rage. There was much frothing at the mouth and cursing.
The police are not popular. For all their research, evidently they were ignorant of my popularity. Perhaps they liked the idea of ‘exposing me’ and making me a social outcast, but unfortunately I am a family favourite. The one elderly relative who I suspected may give me a telling off instead said ‘You are the only one brave enough to say what the rest of us think!’ Oh well.
The crazy incident has become my perfect ice breaker. Neighbours come with grievances about the current state of affairs. Friends and acquaintances rage against the police and compare them to a notoriously ‘non-kosher’ farm animal.
The hypocrisy of the police is not lost on the average White person. The ‘Black Lives Matter’ rubbish has these coppers literally GROVELLING ON THEIR KNEES. You do not need to explain. No need to spoon feed. They figure it out all by themselves.
The reputation of the police is in the sewer. Frankly, I have no sympathy. Give them the benefit of the doubt and they surpass themselves with disgraceful behaviour.
I have found the whole state harassment experience reinvigorating. If the sinister forces were aiming to intimidate and have me scurrying for cover, they are mistaken.
I am bursting with enthusiasm for Creativity. I am eager to talk to as many people as possible about my experience and my abiding passion for White people.

H&D Correspondent – Simon Sheppard – arrested and jailed (again)
Longstanding Yorkshire nationalist and H&D correspondent Simon Sheppard (who hosts the controversial www.heretical.com website) has been arrested again and remanded in custody at HMP Hull on suspicion of breaching the five-year Criminal Behaviour Order imposed upon him in 2018, at the time of his last conviction.
Details are sketchy at the moment, but it seems he was handing out politically incorrect flyers and/or cards in the Bridlington area, which someone took offense to. They called the Police, and he was arrested. So much for our “free and democratic society”!

Simon is due in Hull Crown Court on October 8th, as it’s all been expedited, but as it’s only the first appearance, it will presumably only last a few minutes; – “name, age, address, prison number etc.” He will then return to Crown court in December for allegedly breaching his criminal behaviour order.

I Was Blind But Now I See
Simon Sheppard explains gaslighting and gives his Parable of the Honey Pops
Sometimes, due to misdiagnosis or an advance in medicine, people who have been born blind or lost their sight at a very early age can suddenly regain their sight. When this happens they face another obstacle – they don’t know how to see. The condition is known as agnosia, the inability to interpret sensory input. Their brains are at once bombarded with rich visual data which they haven’t learned how to decipher. This can lead to disorientation, depression and even thoughts of suicide.
Such individuals find themselves falling back on the senses they can process, such as hearing and touch, and use them as a reference to make sense of the complex patterns their brain is receiving from their newly functioning eyes.
Optical illusions have been mentioned previously in this context – that they occur because guesses and approximations can be made much more rapidly and efficiently, and work most of the time. Distortions arise because the overhead to process for perfect accuracy is so high. Optical illusions are instances when the guesses our brains make about what is being observed do not align with reality.
This discussion of cognitive functions is a step further and beyond, because these visual misinterpretations give important clues about how our brains work. Individuals with recently restored sight report that when people move away from them, they appear to shrink in size.
Streetlights look like luminous stains on a window pane. Actually, they may be seeing accurately, while normal sight compensates for this. Depth perception is evidently learned, and this automatic adjustment in perspective gives rise to a whole class of optical illusions.
A hallucination engine
It’s said that we have five senses, but actually there are more – our sense of balance for one, and proprioception, the awareness we have of where parts of our body are. It’s this which gives us the ability to touch the tip of our nose with our eyes closed, and not have to take deliberate aim when we put a spoon to our mouth. There are sensory cells within the muscles.
We can think of the brain as being more than anything else a hallucination engine. The mass of neurons and their interconnections which is encased in the cranium cannot see, hear, touch or smell. Rather, various appendages containing sensory neurons – neurons of a different kind – convert stimuli into electrical impulses via synapses which the neurons in the brain receive. How does the brain interpret those signals? That is the question.
What seems to happen is that the brain receives signals and then imagines (hallucinates) to fix upon the most likely scenario based on prior information.
Some psychotropic drugs dramatically increase hallucination, notably LSD. In this model of how the brain operates, this drug causes the brain to race with its limiter off, so to speak. There are anecdotal reports that a similar effect occurs to a much lesser extent with marijuana, that it “opens a valve,” possibly in the frontal cortex, which normally inhibits the flow of certain thoughts. Hence under the influence of marijuana, wacky and sometimes obtuse and novel ideas can emerge, but also, perhaps, memories which would be best forgotten.
The scientific rabbit
As with vision, error-free exactitude would be intensive, slow and certainly not evolutionarily advantageous in a harsh natural environment in which hungry predators lurk. My favourite example is of a hypothetical chance mutation of rabbit. This rabbit was born with a scientific bent, and reaching maturity it embarked upon an experiment which involved sitting atop a crest with a clipboard between its paws. Its object was to measure how many rustles in the grass below were just rustles and how many were actually a fox. Of course the rabbit became a fox’s dinner well before the experiment was concluded.
This illustrates the circumstance when there is little or no evolutionary advantage in being precisely accurate. Rabbits just assume that a rustle in the grass is a predator. There is no advantage in reacting otherwise.
Women’s natural traits
Incidentally, a similar argument can be made regarding women’s reliance on their feelings, in other words instinctive emotion. Going back many hundreds of thousands of years, women were not selected as mates for their capacity for rational, analytical thought. Their charms lay elsewhere, and whatever advantage this feature confers for them was dwarfed by other factors.
A stronger argument exists for women having a sense of humour. A man with a sense of humour has a reproductive advantage, being better able to amuse and woo a prospective mate, his ability to charm increasing the number of progeny he is likely to have. Similarly, a woman with a sense of humour would be fun to have around, and more desirable as a long-term mate. However, we can look to the mediocre “safe humour” of female comedians, and the humourlessness of a feminized society in general, to see how that turned out.
Regular readers will know that I have come to have doubts about evolution theory, but as a working hypothesis, it works. I don’t want to be adding “putative” to every other sentence.
Mesmerised by Tampax
There is a story which I’ve told in personal conversation many times which bears repeating here. On my release from my long sentence for the Tales of the Holohoax comic book I was obliged to stay in an all-male bail hostel for many months, a record stay, but I was deemed a “high security risk.” One day, bored, and unusually, I was sitting in front of the communal TV watching some rubbish or other. The protocol was that the first person there held the remote control, and my habit was to mute the sound during advertisement breaks. One came on, and when I hit the mute button, a young man now sitting at my side complained. Moreover, I had muted the soundtrack of an advertisement for Tampax.
Why had be complained? By silencing the TV I had interrupted his hypnosis, his suspension of thought, and his brain was forced to awaken from its comfortable, passive and practically comatose state. The brain consumes quite a lot of energy; his had to think, to work.
Windrush Empire
The term gaslighting derives from a 1940 British film which was itself based on a play by Patrick Hamilton. It was remade in a more dramatic Hollywood version in 1944. The wife, played in the later film by Ingrid Bergman, is tricked into disbelieving her own memories and perceptions, and into believing that she is going insane. In popular use today, the term has been summarised as the media attitude, ‘Don’t believe your lying eyes, believe us.’
The ‘Windrush affair’ shall be cited as a specific instance of what people mean today by ‘gaslighting.’ I’m told that the media is still going on about it now, but the coverage was intense during several weeks in 2018. Gross media amplification took place, with hours of TV commentary and thousands of words in newspaper columns. Something under two hundred people, possibly fewer than a hundred, who arrived in Britain in the years after World War II, were returned to their ancestral homeland. Putting this in context, the non-white population of England and Wales is now well over six million.
According to the orthodox media it was a “Windrush scandal” and a “deportation crisis” and the waves of puff and bluster led to a ministerial resignation. It’s hardly necessary to add that certain very pertinent facts were never mentioned. It’s also safe to assume that no reference was ever made to the policies which nationalists advocate as being in the best interests of the British people.
Who would imagine, amid all the hand-wringing and recriminations over a few score Jamaicans “wrongfully repatriated,” that all of it (and much else) directly followed from the collusion of a ‘Jewish Cousinhood’ decades previously? The background to the Empire Windrush was very ably documented by “Andrew Joyce” in a article for the Occidental Observer website (www.theoccidentalobserver.net) in 2015. Who, immersed in the mainstream narrative, could ever conceive the real origin of the affair? Without the superb work of people like Joyce (not his real name by the way), we would be even deeper in the dark than we are.
The Parable of the Honey Pops
Suppose, as a sort of parable, that I always ate cornflakes for breakfast. I had only vaguely heard of Honey Pops, indeed they were a distant land to me. One day I go to the supermarket to buy cornflakes and milk as usual and find that Honey Pops are on Super Special Offer, only a fraction of their normal price and less than the cornflakes I was intending to buy. So, thinks I, I’ll give them a try.
These Honey Pops are great! So tasty are they that I stop buying cornflakes altogether, and even better, this Super Special Offer seems to be lasting an awfully long time. There must be a world-wide glut of Pops or something. Anyway, I don’t care about that, Honey Pops are very nice, and it gets to the point where I simply can’t imagine eating anything other than Honey Pops for breakfast.
Finally one fateful day I go to the supermarket and the Super Special Offer has been withdrawn! Now Honey Pops are more than twice the price of cornflakes. It isn’t fair I say, and demand that I be allowed to buy Honey Pops under the previous terms. Moreover the manager of the supermarket backs me up, wanting to continue his brisk trade in Honey Pops, and he agrees that after all this time the manufacturer has no right to demand the full price. Somehow he persuades the Honey Pops’ manufacturer to extend the Super Special Offer indefinitely so I can continue to enjoy Honey Pops for breakfast every morning.
The fact that the Super Special Offer only arose in extraordinary circumstances and that the manufacturer of Honey Pops is now operating at a loss is irrelevant to me. My enjoyment of Honey Pops in the morning is all that matters.
Of course eventually the supply of Honey Pops comes to an end, because no business can operate at a loss forever. Nothing can persist when output exceeds input. Which, cutting to the quick, is just about where we are now.
Propaganda media
I have always been a bit of a maverick, probably chiefly due to my troubled upbringing. Even so, I have to confess that I was fully gaslit up until about 1992, at which time I was a squatter in the centre of Amsterdam doing experiments on girls. It was my experimental results which woke me to the truth. Once I realised the huge lie of “sexual equality,” that males and females are the same save for a few reproductive features, it was a logical step to question what else is thoroughly misrepresented in the received narrative. As it turns out, practically everything.
The cabal that controls the media has the ability to create myths, romanticise and religify. In short, they play on our emotions in a manner and to a degree which is unprecedented in history. They can, indeed have, created a fantasy world which seems superficially attractive but is really neither possible nor desirable.
Through decades of media gaslighting, the great mass of people have lost their ability to see. The moving images of film and TV are like an intravenous shot into the consciousness. We – people who love truth, of whatever label – need to be secure and confident in our own minds to resist the false reality the propaganda media is inflicting on us.
If someone parrots a media platitude, we should smile knowingly and ask them, “Do you really believe that?” Sometimes the speed at which they will back-track is surprising. However, most people simply go along with the majority view, or what the media leads them to think is the majority view. Thus the media’s portrayal of what the majority believes becomes an abnormal conventionality to which most people adhere.
By the ubiquity and sheer volume of its output, the media preconditions our brains to interpret our perceptions and experiences in the manner they desire. Plus, that manner is portrayed as the norm. These two factors – preconditioning and inventing a false consensus – go a long way toward explaining how the fantasy world is created and maintained, and why the false perspectives are so recalcitrant. After all, the vast majority of optical illusions become no clearer for staring at them. They exploit how we have learned to see since babyhood, and those cues and protocols cannot easily be unlearned.
How will the future play out? No-one can say for sure. Certainly logos will ultimately prevail – for it to be otherwise, the laws of nature would have to be torn asunder, requiring a sort of sci-fi-like transport to another dimension. My suspicion is that the inevitable and now looming fiat money collapse will be our salvation. The dramatic fall in living standards and painful readjustment will be traumatic for many, but that event will open the gates to allow reality to come crashing in.
Public inquiry reveals police infiltration of 1970s National Front
Documents released this morning as part of a public inquiry into undercover policing reveal that an officer codenamed ‘Peter Collins’ infiltrated the National Front during 1975 and 1976.
Strangely this infiltration occurred not on the orders of his police superiors, but as an indirect consequence of his deployment to infiltrate a Trotskyist organisation, the Workers Revolutionary Party.
As with many far left groups, the WRP tried to latch on to any militant street activity, ranging from anti-war protests to the campaigns of vandalism launched by friends and family of armed robber George Davis.
An undercover police unit – the Special Demonstration Squad (SDS) – was created in 1968 in response to concerns about public order threats from a new generation of far left and ‘counterculture’ groups that had little or no connection to the old-style communist parties and fronts that MI5 and Special Branch had previously monitored.
The SDS recruited young police officers to work as long-term informants but about a decade ago these plans ended in scandal after it was revealed that some officers had fathered children with young women inside the groups they were infiltrating. Hence the present inquiry.
‘Peter Collins’ was infiltrated into the WRP in 1974, and a year later (by an extraordinary Chestertonian irony) the WRP themselves asked ‘Collins’ to infiltrate the NF on their behalf!
For a year or so ‘Collins’ therefore reported to his SDS handlers both on the WRP and on the NF.
H&D has today obtained copies of SDS and Special Branch documents released by the Inquiry. Unlike the rather confused Guardian reporter who tried to make sense of the story earlier today, we have specialist knowledge of the people and factions concerned, and will in due course publish an analysis of what ‘Collins’ was reporting on during 1975-76: what he thought was happening in the NF, and what was actually happening.
By 1976 the SDS allegedly gave up on infiltrating the ‘far right’, because the longer-established security agencies – Special Branch and MI5 – already had sufficient sources of information on the racial nationalist movement.
Much of this Special Branch and MI5 information would have come from Jewish anti-fascist organisations: the Searchlight intelligence organisation run by Gerry Gable and Harry Bidney that had grown out of the violent 62 Group, and the more ‘establishment’ intelligence arm of the Board of Deputies of British Jews.
‘Peter Collins’ reported to the SDS on aspects of the 1975-6 split within the NF that spawned the National Party, and on the objectives of a small group of NF radicals who sought to use the NP split as part of a longer-term strategy for their own takeover of the movement on the back of a temporary alliance with conservative elements.
Police state cracks down on Patriotic Alternative
Sam Melia, Yorkshire regional organiser of Patriotic Alternative, was arrested on Wednesday under Britain’s notorious race laws and questioned for five hours.
Mr Melia and his wife – PA deputy leader Laura Towler – had their computers and phones seized.
While H&D would not normally comment on an ongoing police investigation, we can say with some confidence in this instance that Mr Melia is being persecuted for material that is well within the normal definitions of sensible, legal, racial nationalist politics.
This is emphatically not an example of lunatic fringe behaviour, as has been the case with some recent ‘political’ convictions.
While we are to some extent restricted in what we can report about this case, we are pleased to note that the heavy-handed police actions have not deterred PA from supporting the election campaign of H&D patron Dr Jim Lewthwaite, British Democratic Party candidate for Wyke ward, Bradford City Council.

Media hype assorted cranks and loons in effort to criminalise nationalism
During the last fortnight several criminal convictions in English courts have provided further ammunition for those seeking to restrict political freedoms in Britain.
The UK has not had anything approaching ‘free speech’ on racial matters since the first Race Relations Act in 1965, and as H&D has explained in several detailed articles over the years, these restrictions have been progressively tightened. This dishonest campaign by the political establishment has involved deliberately distorting the truth about serious crimes.
Of course most H&D readers would rightly regard the entire structure of race law as a sinister infringement of what were once traditional British freedoms, and as part of a concerted effort quite literally to change the face of Britain.
However this does not mean that we should regard everyone prosecuted under these laws (or the related extension of terrorism laws to encompass a range of non-violent if unwise political activities) as some sort of hero or heroine.
To do so – to campaign on behalf of everyone convicted under these laws as though they were all quite simply free speech martyrs – would be foolish and counter-productive: indeed it would be to play the enemy’s game.
For example, two of those recently convicted under the ‘terrorism’ laws were autistic children who had bought into the imagery of ‘nazism’ rather than anything substantial.
It really was pathetic to see national newspapers give front page treatment to the case of 22-year-old London police officer Benjamin Hannam, who as a confused teenager with a Jewish step-grandfather and a Muslim girlfriend had briefly been involved with the now-defunct National Action and one of its offshoots.
He had also downloaded the ‘manifesto’ of a real terrorist maniac, Anders Breivik, and in common with several of his ilk seemed to view Breivik – an ultra-Zionist whose beliefs and actions were the very antithesis of national socialism – as some kind of ‘nazi’ / ‘fascist’ comrade.
There are one or two people on the fringes of our movement who indulge such dangerous nonsense, and it’s time for responsible racial nationalists, national socialists, historical revisionists – indeed all of those involved in the broad campaign for the rescue of historical truth and national, racial, and cultural integrity – to draw the line.
Racial nationalism is not the mindless promotion of hatred, and racial nationalists are the very opposite of nihilistic terrorists. National Socialism is not Hollywood nazism or psychotic satanism. Historical revisionism is not a platform for crank conspiracy theory or vacuous Jew-baiting.
There is serious work underway – led by individuals with decades of experience as well as new recruits of high calibre – to defend serious racial nationalist politics and historical revisionist work in post-pandemic and post-Brexit Britain.
We are not going to be derailed by fantasists, cranks, or enemy informants – nor by those thousands of miles away who issue grand proclamations while utterly ignorant of the personalities and realities involved.
Ursula Haverbeck again given jail sentence at 92
The indefatigable campaigner for truth and justice Ursula Haverbeck – who celebrated her 92nd birthday on November 8th – was yet again sentenced by a German court last Friday, under the Federal Republic’s notorious Volksverhetzung law that prohibits discussion of certain historical subjects.
Frau Haverbeck, a writer and publisher, for many years ran the educational institute Collegium Humanum with her late husband Werner Haverbeck (1909-1999). The Collegium hosted prominent intellectuals, including the pioneering ecological author and activist Ernst Friedrich Schumacher.
In 2004 Ursula Haverbeck was fined for Volksverhetzung, and has been convicted several times for further offences, in particular for “denying” that the Auschwitz internment camp was used for the homicidal gassing of Jews. In reality many of her offences consisted simply of asking precise questions of a series of German and Jewish officials – seeking to pin down the exact allegations that are made against wartime German authorities.
Instead of answering these questions in the normal manner, these officials chose to drag Ursula Haverbeck into court, where she has several times been sentenced to prison terms. From May 2018 until last month she was imprisoned in Bielefeld, in the north-west German state of North Rhine-Westphalia.
Just a month later, another jail sentence – this time 12 months, though appeals will follow. Ursula Haverbeck already has pending appeals against two sentences (one of ten months, the other six) for similar ‘crimes’. The ‘offence’ for which she was sentenced last Friday was a YouTube video interview with former schoolteacher Nikolai Nerling, known as Der Volkslehrer (“People’s Teacher”).
Many Germans are prosecuted every year for Volksverhetzung. The highest profile prisoner still incarcerated is the German-Canadian Alfred Schaefer, whose sister Monika was also imprisoned for her part in ‘Holocaust denial’ videos. No-one has yet calculated how much the Federal Republic spends on detection and prosecution of such ‘crimes’. 84-year-old attorney and author Horst Mahler was imprisoned until last month despite having had both legs amputated during his sentence.
Retired Supreme Court judges Winfried Hassemer and Wolfgang Hoffmann-Riem are among those who have called for the repeal of this monstrous debate-denying law.

Democracy dies in the nation that invented it
A Greek court has proscribed the nationalist party Golden Dawn as a ‘criminal organisation’. Six years ago Golden Dawn won more than half a million votes – 9.4% – and three MEPs in the European Parliamentary elections, but now it’s leader and founder Nikos Michaloliakos has been convicted of heading a criminal organisation, a felony that carries a maximum prison sentence of ten years.
According to the Jewish Telegraphic Agency, Greek Jews celebrated the court’s verdict and seem to think that ‘holocaust denial’ by Mr Michaloliakos and some other leading members of the party is akin to terrorism.
Golden Dawn’s electoral breakthrough was in 2012 when it gained 21 MPs in the Greek Parliament. After years of relentless pressure both from prosecutors and from ‘antifascist’ violence – including several bomb attacks on party offices and the murder of two Golden Dawn activists in November 2013, shot dead by leftwing terrorists near party offices in northern Athens – the last eighteen MPs were defeated in 2019.
However in the 2019 European elections last summer Golden Dawn still polled 4.9% and elected two MEPs. The now-banned party also still has many elected local councillors.
It remains unclear whether Greek ‘democracy’ can survive this assault by the courts.
French author jailed in latest opinion crime crackdown
The French author Hervé Ryssen – pen name of 53-year-old Sorbonne graduate Hervé Lalin – has been jailed near Paris for the ‘crime’ of expressing opinions deemed ‘anti-semitic’.
Among his ‘crimes’ was publication of a book in 2018 entitled (in English translation) Understanding the Jews, Understanding Anti-Semitism, which the court found to have ‘denied the Holocaust’. This and several of M. Ryssen’s other books have been translated into English by Carlos Porter and are available via The Barnes Review.
On 18th September the Paris court ordered that Hervé Ryssen must begin serving a 19 month jail sentence for this crime of questioning orthodox versions of mid-20th century history. He will be brought from his cell to the ’17th correctional chamber’ at Porte de Clichy, Paris, for a new trial at 1.30 pm on 2nd December 2020.
Jean-Marie Le Pen, founder of the French National Front and former presidential candidate, has denounced the sentence.
This week veteran British nationalist and National Front Directorate member Richard Edmonds, together with H&D assistant editor Peter Rushton, wrote to Mr Ryssen/Lalin in prison.

Everybody is talking about your incarceration and everybody is condemning it…the nationalist weekly news-paper, RIVAROL, the founder of the Front National, Jean -Marie Le Pen and all the friends of Free Speech.
At this very moment the trial is taking place in Paris of the murderers who attacked the offices of the (vile) satirical magazine, Charlie Hebdo, and the President of France, Macron, has just stated that in France people have the right to blaspheme, meaning that the vile blasphemies of Charlie Hebdo are O.K.
[Note for British readers: a few years back, the front cover of the “satirical” French magazine showed a cartoon of the Holy Ghost buggering Jesus Christ who in turn was busy buggering His father, God Almighty; this filth all deemed O.K. by the French Establishment.]
Macron went on to boast that in France there was Freedom of Speech…but that clearly does not include the freedom to discuss details of the Second World War, otherwise you, Monsieur Ryssen-Lalin, would not find yourself locked up in this prison and for many months to come. What to say ? We find ourselves in a hypocritical and tyrannical world.
One can only add that you find yourself in the company of first class persons: At this very time the very brave German woman, Ursula Haverbeck aged 91 years finds herself locked up in a German prison up for the “crime” of expressing her non-violent opinions regarding details of the Second World War: as does the German Revisionist Horst Mahler, aged 84, and the German defence lawyer, Frau Sylvia Stolz, both incarcerated for expressing their non-violent opinions on events that took place more than seventy years ago. I note that the French Revisionist, Vincent Reynouard was locked up in this same prison; he wrote a book on his experiences in Fleury-Merogis prison.

Free political prisoner Matt Hale
Dear Friends and Supporters,
If you live in the United States of America, I hope that you were celebrating on the Fourth of July with friends and family today. Please try to remember Matt Hale, as he was an indefatigable champion of White independence and self-determination before he was unjustly imprisoned. We Whites are increasingly being harassed, discriminated against and assaulted in the United States of America and everywhere in the world where Whites have traitorous, anti-White governments over them.
As an update on Matt, I was just informed that the U.S. Federal Bureauof Prisons has moved Matt to the medium-security United States Penitentiary in Marion, Illinois. Rather than move him to the prison that is a mere 15 miles away from his mother, he will be 258 miles away. To be sure, this is an improvement over his being 996 miles away in Florence, Colorado, but he is still unnecessarily far from his family members. Both the closer Pekin, Illinois facility and the one in which he is now imprisoned in Marion, Illinois are medium security prisons.
Our understanding is that the Marion, Illinois facility has a bad reputation for inmates getting killed by other inmates. Obviously, Matt is in increased danger over his being in solitary confinement in Florence because he may be in the general population areas of the prison. Fortunately, the Marion facility does have a maximum security cell-house, should Matt need to be isolated from other prisoners that may be a danger to him.
Most prisoners in medium-security federal prisons can send and receive emails. I’ve been informed that Matt has opted to not receive any outside emails from friends or supporters at this time, as last time he was in a medium-security prison, he was put in isolation for 6 months because a supporter emailed him some prohibited speech unsolicited. If you have received an email reporting your being taken off his email list, that is what is going on.
Please get your birthday cards in the mail for Matt. His birthday ison the 27th of July and he’d love to hear from you. I’m not sure of the restrictions on his mail at his new location. Use your best judgement. In Florence, Colorado, “homemade” cards were forbidden and commercial cards were photo-copied, and the photocopies only delivered to him. Going by the Federal Bureau of Prison’s site, here is his new mailing address. Mail your cards to the new address to assure prompt delivery:

Fredrick Töben (1944-2020)
H&D greatly regret to report the death of Dr Fredrick Töben, the German-Australian revisionist historian. Dr Töben died yesterday three weeks after his 76th birthday, having been seriously ill for the past two or three months.
Fredrick Töben came to Australia from his German birthplace as a ten-year-old boy when his parents emigrated. He studied at Victoria College of Wellington, New Zealand; Melbourne University; and Stuttgart University.
In the late 1970s Töben lived in Rhodesia towards the end of that country’s struggle against Black Marxist revolutionaries. After a year teaching in Nigeria, he returned to Australia teaching at various institutions in the state of Victoria during the early 1980s.
Töben’s dismissal from his teaching post in 1985 led to a five-year legal battle. He eventually won damages against the State of Victoria and relocated to Adelaide, South Australia, where he formed the Truth Mission in 1994, becoming Adelaide Institute a year later.
This produced a series of ‘Holocaust’ revisionist publications, and led to Töben being targeted by Jewish and ‘anti-fascist’ organisations worldwide, while he became part of an international network of revisionists attending conferences sponsored by the Institute for Historical Review (IHR), and later The Barnes Review, serving on the latter’s Board of Contributing Editors until his death.
In 1998 he was arrested in Germany under that country’s notorious laws restricting free research and discussion of historical topics, spending seven months in prison.
In October 2000 the Australian Human Rights Commission ordered Töben to remove parts of the Adelaide Institute’s website, triggering years of appeals and efforts to enforce the judgment.
Eventually in 2009 Töben was jailed for three months in Adelaide for contempt of court.
Three years earlier Töben had travelled to Iran to speak at the Tehran International Conference to Review the Global Vision of the Holocaust, promoted by then Iranian President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad. This event attracted worldwide publicity and intensified the targeting of Töben and other participants.
In October 2008 while in transit at London’s Heathrow Airport, Töben was seized from his plane and served with an international arrest warrant issued at the request of German authorities who wanted to jail him again for articles published on the Adelaide Institute website.
This was expected to be a rapid ‘rubber-stamping’ procedure, but soon after Töben was taken into custody, Dr David Duke telephoned Lady Michèle Renouf in London to alert her to the arrest. Lady Renouf mobilised a specialist legal team of solicitor Kevin Lowry-Mullins and barrister Ben Watson, resulting in a historic legal victory against the Federal Republic and their Crown Prosecution Service allies.
After a month in Wandsworth prison awaiting the London court’s decision, Töben was freed and returned to Australia.
Persecution by the usual suspects continued, and a legal action for court costs (related to a series of Australian cases) resulted in Töben being declared bankrupt and having his passport confiscated in 2012.
While there was a short period in 2018-2019 when there were serious disagreements between Dr Töben and H&D, these differences were resolved long before his death. We salute Dr Fredrick Töben’s memory as a valiant fighter for historical truth and justice.
